Voting books nothing. You decide when you have enough votes.
The plan
How it works
You see what’s missing
Who hasn’t replied, which meals are unchosen, which decision is holding up the booking. Chase only the people who need it.
Guests answer in a minute
A personal link opens their invitation with just their questions. No password, no download. Older relatives can be answered for, with a note of who did it.
Changes reach the right people
Move the ceremony and the guests invited to it get an update to confirm. Everything proposed says so until it’s booked.

Every answer says who can read it.
Dietary needs, access requirements and budgets are labelled with the names of the people who can see them, worked out from the same rules that protect them. Sensitive answers are erased 30 days after the event ends. OurGathering records costs and payments people report; it never takes or holds money.
